This is how a join event is made. Every event type walks the same four steps — for listings and external links the details step simply has no sign-up settings. In-app ticketed events by Gatheers add ticket setup before the preview.

Check-in with a code
On the day, you show attendees a 4-digit code. They type it into the app and they’re checked in, so you know exactly who turned up.
Tickets with their own code
At events with in-app tickets, every ticket has its own code that the guest shows at the door.
Reliability and reviews
On Gatherin you can see who keeps their word. That helps you too: fewer empty spots, and good work gets noticed.
Reliability
Profiles show how reliable someone is. Cancelling in time is fine, but skipping without a word shows.
Reviews
After the event, attendees rate it from 1 to 10. The reviews build up on your Gatheer profile, so the next person knows what to expect.
Your Gatheer profile
If you organise regularly, a Gatheer is your community’s own profile: cover, about, events, photos and reviews in one place.
FollowersFollowers see your events and get notified when you post a new one. There’s no membership: following is joining.
MomentsAsk attendees for their best photos for your gallery. The photographer decides, and their name stays on the photo.
Rooms and chatYour community gets its own chat rooms, and people can message you straight from your profile.
The teamYour team members appear on the Gatheer profile with their name and photo, so people can see who’s behind the community.
For Gatheers
In-app tickets
As a Gatheer you can sell tickets in the app. This type isn’t available from a personal profile.
- Ticket types, including free ones if you only need a headcount.
- Early-bird pricing until a date or a number of tickets.
- Promo codes with a percentage or fixed discount.
- A waitlist when tickets sell out.
